The City of Marion, in conjunction with the Federal Government, is upgrading the playground at Hessing Crescent Reserve from July 2023.
Key items proposed in the upgrade include but not limited to are:
New play equipment, both passive and active
Drink fountain
Path connections
Additional trees and garden beds
Upgraded irrigation system
Picnic Space and Seating
Share your comments to help us understand priorities for types of recreation and play at this reserve. Your feedback and votes will help influence the final design.

What's next?
Following this consultation, feedback will be reviewed and, where possible, incorporated into the final design.
Once the final design has been completed it will be available on the website later this year. Construction will commence in 2023/2024.

Hessing Crescent Reserve, Trott Park, is a Neighbourhood level playground that will be transformed through minor works. A new playground will be installed and the open space upgraded. The Federal Government has contributed funding to the project and we have invited Trott Park Neighbourhood Centre groups to be involved in the design.
