What is planned for this space?
A reserve upgrade is being planned to add some additional items to Mema Court Reserve.
The playground was upgraded in 2010 and with funding from the federal government there is an opportunity to add some extra items to the reserve. Whilst we are unable to provide all items, your feedback will help us understand community priorities so please take this opportunity to tell us what you think.
The upgrade will include: a new seat, drink fountain and shelter.

Who decided on this upgrade?
Funding for this reserve upgrade has been provided by the Federal Government.
Will a toilet be added?
A toilet can be included with the allocated funding, however this is subject to community consultation feedback.
Will this reserve get shade sails?
A shade sail can be included with the allocated funding, however this is subject to community consultation feedback
Will a BBQ be added?
A BBQ can be included with the allocated funding, however this is subject to community consultation feedback.
Why is the existing playground not being upgraded?
The existing playground was installed in 2010 and has not yet reached the end of its asset life. Minor maintenance may be carried out to improve the condition of the equipment.
Will all of the items on the concept plan be included in the upgrade?
The project has a limited budget and final items will be selected based on the community’s priorities. Not all items will be included.
