Reserve Street Reserve, Trott Park

Consultation has concluded

The purpose of this engagement is to inform community of the project milestones so far at Reserve Street Reserve.

Following the recent development of the dog park we are seeking community feedback on the proposed toilet location. This survey closed on Monday 20th February 2017.

A Playground was installed in 2012 and the Dog Park has been recently developed.

Maintenance over the coming summer months will include:

  • Turf irrigation

  • More signage erected

  • Monitoring of dog park use

Due to the park being highly utilised we are proposing a toilet being installed this financial year. We are recommending that it is located as shown on map in the survey. This site is preferred for the following reasons

  • It provides passive surveillance from the road and car park.

  • Access pathways exist.

  • Services are accessible (ie water and electricity).

  • Clear sight lines exist from roads and carparks.

  • It is close to the playground and an entry / exit of the dog park.

  • It provides appropriate distances from reserve assets and neighbouring properties.
