Adult Community Education (ACE) accredited and non accredited courses are designed to improve your skills, confidence and to try study and apply for employment.

ACE courses are designed to help you improve your reading, writing, numeracy, computing, personal and work skills. They are also the first step towards other training and education opportunities.

Classes are held Online or at one of City of Marion's Neighbourhood Centres or Libraries.

These courses are funded by the Government of South Australia and are for adults preparing to take the new step towards work or further study.

    We are constantly looking for new ideas to add to our timetable of Adult Education Courses. Have you ever thought that you wish you could learn something new to help you do something better in life, work or study? Maybe you get stuck writing letters or you need to understand how best to use spreadsheets, maybe you just want to learn how to get the best out of your mobile phone?

    We are now planning what we might offer in the future. Use this form to tell us what you would like our Neighbourhood Centres to potentially add as an Adult Education Course on future timetables.

  • Partner and Organisation Survey

    The City of Marion has delivered Adult Community Education (ACE) courses for many years.

    This funding is provided by the Department of Industry and Skills to help improve the foundation and employability skills of people looking for work and those wanting to up skill.

    We recognise that the amount of people seeking stable employment has significantly increased in the past few months.

    As we enter a new financial year, we want to ensure our courses are more targeted to the current needs of job seekers.

    As a professional/organisation with knowledge of the needs and gaps experienced by people looking for work, we would like to hear from you of what could be helpful to your clients.
