The report and minutes can be viewed here:

Ascot Park Bowling Club Inc has provided Council all relevant documentation in relation to its operation and good governance.

ABOUT ASCOT PARK BOWLING CLUB

Ascot Park Bowling Club opened in 1960 and grew rapidly with the introduction of Indoor Bowls. Over the past 60 years, the Club has developed the site from a simple building catering for approximately 50 members to the current building catering for 350 players (150 Pennant / 250 Night Owl). The Club is operated by volunteers and open Monday to Saturday (also Sundays when there is a State/Club event).

The Club has hosted the XVII Masters Games and been successful at winning Pennants, State Titles and Championship Titles. It has a mixed membership ranging from teenagers to people in their late 80's with a balance of male and female members. Local schools and aged care services utilise the facility.

It is a well utilised facility that is regularly hired for functions and events in addition to the day-to-day use of the facility. The clubroom has a fully equipped kitchen, bar and barbeque and seats 150 people, with meals served to both the community and club members on Fridays during the summer.
