Hard Waste Survey 2020
We are seeking feedback about your level of satisfaction with the City of Marion’s hard waste collection service. We would also like to gain an understanding of customer expectation to look for opportunities to improve this service.

The survey should take you about 5 minutes to complete with an aim to publish results as part of an annual report that is tabled through Council.
Background Information
Each Residential Property within the City of Marion is able to request removal of up to two cubic meters of hard waste during the Financial Year, using a combination of the below services:
- Tip Tickets – Residents may request up to two Tip Tickets with each allowing residents to take up to one cubic metre worth of materials to a selected transfer station, or
- Scheduled Collection – Two collections of one cubic metres each, or a single collection of two cubic meters, or
- Scheduled Collection for mattress and/or ensemble base – Max of two items with each collection not exceeding one cubic meter
