The City of Marion is embarking on the biggest change to planning rules in our history and we want to hear your views.

Almost every suburb from Glandore to Hallett Cove will be affected by the proposed changes.

Over the coming week, 43,000 households and businesses across Marion will receive a letter summarising the proposed changes.

Council aims to create new zones throughout the City, which will have planning rules around the size and density of developments.

Let us know what you think of the proposed changes by no later than November 14, 2017.
