What’s happening at the hall?
Marion Council is seeking the community’s views on the future of Park Holme Community Hall, which is located at 638 Marion Rd, Park Holme.
The hall is owned by Council and used by more than 10 organisations and groups for activities including exercise and health classes, rehearsals for plays, line dancing and meetings.
The hall’s management committee wound up in October 2015, and since then the City of Marion has been responsible for managing the hall.
In March this year, Council voted for site investigations to be undertaken into the future of the hall.
We recently completed community engagement to find out what people saw as opportunities for the Hall. We are currenrly in the process of collating feedback and will be providing a report to Council in July.
