PLAYGROUND UPGRADE
The City of Marion is pleased to advise that Council is investing up to $235,000 in upgrading Shamrock Road Reserve Playground, Hallett Cove.
Shamrock Road Reserve Playground is classified as a neighbourhood reserve and the proposed work will include:
shelter
seating
picnic table
new play equipment
landscaping
water play
nature play
Council plans to remove the old equipment and commence construction for the new playground in the 2018/19 financial year.
Construction will commence August 2019 and completion in November 2019

The reserve upgrade will include: • New play equipment • Nature play • Shelter and picnic setting • A new barbecue (Stronger Communities Grant funded) • A shade sail

The toilet is an automatic, self-cleaning public toilet, accessible
during the day but locked in the evening.
