Cormorant Drive Reserve, Hallett Cove.

Please note that this survey concluded 15th March 2020.

The playground equipment at the reserve has reached the end of its life expectancy and needs to be removed.

City of Marion has recently constructed a new playground at Heron Way Reserve which will better serve the local area.

We propose to replace the playground with:

• Round Bench Seat
• Basic nature play elements e.g. rocks and logs
• Minor landscaping

All feedback will be collated as a report provided to Council prior to works commencing.

Alternative playgrounds in the area include:

• Chatsworth Court Reserve (approx. 500m away)
• Heron Way Reserve (Approx. 800m away
