STREETSCAPE POLICY
Streetscape is the term used for the collective appearance of the street, verges, footpaths and the appearance of buildings along a street.
The City of Marion is developing a Streetscape Policy. It sets out a vision to guide the planning of streetscapes so they contribute to neighbourhood character, provide places where people can interact with each other, opportunities for walking and cycling, and for safe movement of vehicles.
Consultation closed Monday 2 May 2016 - we are currently collating feedback and presenting community feedback to Elected members for consideration.
