The Department for Infrastructure and Transport will commence demolition works on 11 sites (16 individual properties) in Clovelly Park from Monday 29th August for approximately 2 months, as part of the Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Project. The properties are being demolished to make way for the Southern Laydown Area – the first major construction works for the T2D Project.
