Hi , in my opinion, it seem like the council has made its mind up already reading the options.. Natural water course, easiest cheapest more convenient .

I think it would be nicer to clean it up maybe dredge a little and leave it as is , you will always get drought conditions and the natural watercourse will dry and look very unpleasant at times as well . thanks for your time.. Alan White.
