Council is now seeking feedback from our residents, businesses, visitors and key partners to provide feedback on what is needed for the next 4 years to make the City of Marion a great place to live, work and visit.
Now is your opportunity to help shape your future by providing us with your feedback and ideas. Council will use this feedback to develop its next 4 Year Business Plan 2023-2027. We will then come back to you and share the draft plan in early 2023 so you can have another say and let us know if we got it right.
We want you to tell us your hopes for the area.
We want you to tell us what council need to prioritise.
We will tell you what projects council has already committed to starting over the next 4 years.
We want to know what other high level community projects you think council needs to develop.
We want to know what kind of place Marion (council area) should be by 2027.
From programs and services to the big-ticket items and major projects - what do you want to see in the City of Marion? Tell us by completing this short survey.Alternatively, you can send us an e-mail with your ideas.
We know some of you love taking inspiring photos as you travel around, share an image of what you would love to see in your neighbourhood by uploading them to the Virtual Marion Wonder Wall. Or by tagging us in your social media posts #shapeyourfuturemarion @cityofmarion.
Some of us love maps, so if that is you and you have an idea for our council area place a pin on the council area map and tell us the big picture priorities that council need to focus on over the next 4 years.
The shape your future engagement is open from Monday 4 July 2022, and will close Sunday 28 August 2022.
