The State Government is introducing new land use zoning across metropolitan Adelaide which including the City of Marion. This new zoning allows a range of land uses to be established.
We are inviting feedback from all owners and occupiers of commercial and industrial land in Marion as well as nearby residents.
We will use your feedback to help us understand how we can support businesses and nearby residents in the Marion Council area. Council wants to ensure businesses are able to operate with confidence and to ensure there is enough land for commercial and industrial activities into the future.
